Pork Fried Rice
This Pork Fried Rice Recipes comes together in 30 minutes or less and is loaded with bacon marinated fresh pork, frozen veggies, eggs, rice, and a yummy sauce: garlic, soy sauce, seasoned rice vinegar, hoisin, and chili garlic sauce!

  • tablespoons unsalted butter divided
  • 1/2  pound  Smithfield Applewood Smoked Bacon Marinated Fresh Pork Loin Filet cubed into large bite sized pieces
  • 1-2 cups frozen diced veggies I used a broccoli, soybeans, carrots, and water chestnuts blend
  • large eggs beaten
  • cloves  garlic minced or pressed
  • tablespoons  soy sauce
  • tablespoons  seasoned rice vinegar
  • tablespoons  hoisin
  • 1/2  tablespoon  chili garlic sauce plus more to taste, if you want more spice
2 cups leftover unseasoned cooked white rice chilled in the fridge
Optional Garnishes
  • Sesame oil
  • Cilantro
  • Green onions
  • Sesame seeds
  • Sriracha
  1. Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a large non stick pan over medium/medium high heat.
  2. Add in fresh pork and let cook for about 7 minutes.
  3. Add in frozen veggies* and continue cooking for another 7 minutes, or until pork has cooked and the veggies are tender.
  4. Push cooked pork and veggies to the side.
  5. Melt remaining tablespoon of butter in the pan.
  6. Add in beaten eggs and scramble.
  7. Stir pork/veggies into eggs.
  8. Add in garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, hoisin, chili garlic sauce, and rice.
  9. Stir until the rice has warmed through.
  10. Serve with optional garnishes and enjoy!

*My veggies needed 7 minutes to cook, yours may differ depending on what veggies you have. The pork needs about 10-15 minutes to cook depending on the size of your cubes, so add the veggies in accordingly.
