Ingredients

  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 (8 oz) frozen boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into instant pot and stir to combine.
  • Cover and lock the lid (make sure the steam releasing handle is pointing to sealing).
  • Cook using the manual button (make sure it's set to high pressure) and set the timer on the Instant Pot to 25 minutes.*

  • The Instant Pot will beep when it's finished. 

  • Flip the valve to "venting" for a quick release.
  • Shred chicken with two forks and serve!

Notes

*It takes time for the Instant Pot to come to pressure, THEN the timer will start counting down from 25 minutes.
** If you want to do this in the crockpot, place all ingredients (chicken needs to be THAWED not frozen) into a greased crockpot and cook on LOW 8 hours or HIGH for 4 hours!
