This Leftover Turkey Sandwich Recipe is made with leftover rolls, shredded turkey, gravy, gouda cheese, raspberry jam, and arugula! It's great hot or cold!

Ingredients

  • bread of your choice I used Parkerhouse Rolls
  • raspberry preserves or leftover cranberry sauce
  • shredded turkey
  • gravy
  • sliced gouda
  • arugula

Instructions

  • Mix together shredded turkey and gravy until moistened to your liking.

Assemble sandwich

  • Spread jam/cranberry sauce on one slice of bread.
  • Top with turkey/gravy.
  • Place on sliced gouda.
  • Top with a handful of arugula.
  • Top with bread.
  • Eat immediately, or warm in oven until cheese is melty, or even use a panini press!
