Ingredients

  • 2 cups kale or spinach
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 2/3 cup 100% orange juice
  • 2/3 cup milk

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into high powdered blender in order listed.
  • Blend until smooth and serve immediately!

Notes

*If you're not a HUGE fan of green smoothies feel free to add more strawberries to help cover up the "green" taste. :) Keep in mind, that will affect the nutritional information.
