Ingredients
Peanut Butter Honey Overnight Oats
  • 2/3 cups skim milk
  • 1/2 cup non fat plain greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey more or less to taste
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup mashed banana about 1 small banana
  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
Optional Toppings
  • Dried banana honey, peanut butter, honey roasted peanuts
Blueberry Overnight Oats (No Banana)
  • 2/3 cup skim milk
  • 1 (5.3 oz) container blueberry greek yogurt about 1/2 cup
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/4 cup Blueberries
  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
Optional Toppings
  • Blueberries granola, unsweetened flaked coconut
Vegan Strawberry Overnight Oats
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/4 cup mashed banana about 1 small banana
  • 1 tablespoon agave or maple syrup more or less to taste
  • 1/4 cup diced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
Optional Toppings
  • Sliced strawberries sliced banana, sliced almonds
Instructions
Peanut Butter Honey Overnight Oats
  1. In a bowl (or mason jar) stir together all ingredients until well combined.
  2. Cover and store in fridge overnight.
  3. The next morning top with optional toppings and enjoy!
Blueberry Overnight Oats
  1. Place all ingredients (except oats) into blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Place mixture into a bowl, stir in oats.
  3. Cover and store in fridge overnight.
  4. The next morning top with optional toppings and enjoy!
Vegan Strawberry Overnight Oats
  1. In a bowl (or mason jar) stir together all ingredients until well combined.
  2. Cover and store in fridge overnight.
  3. The next morning top with optional toppings and enjoy!
