Homemade Individual Pizzas 4 Ways: Margherita, Chicken Bacon Ranch, Mushroom Pesto, and Dessert Pizza (S’Mores Galore!).
Thanks to our friends at Ozery Bakery for sponsoring today’s post!
I’ve been on a really big pizza kick lately.
I blame you, Trevor. 😉
It all started when he ordered delivery pizza the other day.
Normally, it’s not my delivery option of choice (hello Indian food!), but
man oh MAN
did it taste amazing.
We may or may not have ordered more pizza later that week . . .
While it does TASTE absolutely delicious, it’s definitely not the healthiest option, so I’ve turned to making homemade pizzas instead.
Now, while homemade is definitely healthier and does taste delicious, it’s definitely not the quickest dinner option out there.
My solution?
Homemade Individual Pizzas – 4 Ways!
I LOVE the idea of these Homemade Individual Pizzas for so many reasons:
- It’s SO much quicker, because, today, we’re using Ozery Bakery’s Organic Wheat OneBuns as our base. Which means we don’t have to make homemade pizza dough. Quicker? ✔️
- It’s SO much healthier, because . . . [see above] 😉 ONE of their buns is 160 calories and one bun makes TWO pizzas. Plus their buns are non-GMO, free from artificial preservations, and are a great source of fiber. Healthier? ✔️
- It’s SO much more versatile, so you can please everyone’s taste buds.
- You can make as many as you want! Make one or make a million! The choice is yours. 🙂
Like, you can can actually make a million different variations of these pizzas, but for today, I’ve narrowed it down to four.
You ready?
Individual Margherita Pizza
Bun –> pizza sauce –> fresh tomatoes –> sliced mozzarella –> bake –> sprinkle with fresh basil. This one is so classic and perfect for summer. You can’t beat the gooey mozzarella, juicy tomatoes, and earthy basil combo.
Individual Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza
Bun –> ranch –> cooked chicken –> crumbled bacon–> cheese –> bake –> sprinkle with green onion. This one is my all time fave. I LOVE the creamy ranch with the melty cheese and crispy/salty bacon. Trevor and I have made this one 3 different times now. 😉
Individual Mushroom Pesto Pizza
Bun –> pesto –> mushrooms –> goat cheese (yes please) –> bake –> sprinkle with crushed red pepper flakes. Ummmm, goat cheese. ‘Nough said. Amiright? 🙂
Individual Dessert Pizza: S’Mores
Bun –> chocolate –> mini marshmallows –> bake –> sprinkle with crushed graham crackers –> drizzle with chocolate sauce. Honestly, I am NOT a dessert pizza fan, but I am absolutely crazy about this s’mores dessert pizza. I LOVE the wheat bun flavor with sweet marshmallows and rich chocolate. It’s perfectly gooey and delicious!
The options are endless, but I LOVE how these four in particular turned out.
Overall, these Homemade Individual Pizzas 4 Ways are:
- Quick
- Easy
- Versatile
- DELICIOUS
