Ingredients
Buffalo Chicken Dip
  • 1 1/2 pounds skinless chicken breasts cooked*
  • 2 packages (8 oz) cream cheese softened
  • 1 package (1 oz) ranch dressing and seasoning mix
  • 3/4 cup Sour cream
  • 3/4 cup Franks Red Hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup Monterey jack cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
Serving
  • sliced green onion topping
  • Chips, crackers, celery or carrots serve with
Instructions
  1. Spray crockpot with cooking spray.
  2. Stir together all ingredients in crockpot.
  3. Cover and cook on HIGH for 1 and 1/2 hours – 2 hours or LOW for 3-4 hours, or until the cheeses are all melted.
  4. Top with sliced green onion and serve with chips, crackers, celery, and carrots!
Recipe Notes

*You’ll need about 3.5 – 4 cups cooked and cubed chicken – you can use pre-cooked chicken OR you can preheat oven to 425 degrees F, drizzle raw chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, pepper and bake for 20 minutes.
