Ingredients
For One Small Smoothie Bowl (serves 1)
  • 1 cup dark sweet frozen cherries
  • 1/2 cup non fat plain greek yogurt
  • 2 – 4 tablespoons Bai Ipanema Pomegranate**
For One LARGE Smoothie Bowl (serves 1-2)
  • 2 cups dark sweet frozen cherries
  • 1 cup non fat plain greek yogurt
  • 1/4 – 1/2 cup Bai Ipanema Pomegranate**
Optional toppings
  • Dried Cherries
  • Unsweetened flaked coconut
  • Chopped almonds
  • chia seeds
Instructions
  1. Place all smoothie bowl ingredients into vitamix: frozen cherries, greek yogurt, and Bai.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into bowl and top with toppings!
Recipe Notes

Feel free to add in a handful of your favorite green (like spinach)!
*For a sweeter option use 1 (4 oz) container non fat vanilla greek yogurt (or 2 for the large bowl).
**Use more or less depending on how thick you want your smoothie. Don’t have Bai? Use your favorite flavored water, or even milk! If using milk, you may need to add additional sweetener.
